Rate of Play
40 moves in 2 hours, then all moves in 30 minutes.
Byes
Competitors may claim up to 2 ½ point byes in any of the first 7 rounds. Please make all bye requests at the time of entry.
Late Arrivals
In all rounds, late arrivals will be allowed 1 hour and then defaulted.
Withdrawals
Regrettably, refunds will not be considered until cost of overheads are met.
Exclusions
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without giving a reason.
Refunds
If a player withdraws before 5th June 2008 half the entry fee will be returned
Ratings
The July 2008 FIDE rating list will be used.
