Caerleon College is situated in the Roman town of Caerleon, South Wales near the City of Newport.
It is easy to reach
Road: via the M4 motorway J26/25 (limited access, please refer to map) following the B4596 to Caerleon.
Rail or Coach: from Newport bus or train station, then by taxi or the frequent local bus service.
Air: Heathrow and Gatwick airports are approximately 3 hours drive from Caerleon. There is also a frequent coach service to Newport from both airports. Cardiff International Airport is approximately 20 miles away.
The conference centre is part of the University of Wales College, Newport. It is situated in its own attractive grounds and provides unrivalled facilities on the outskirts of Newport. It is set in a beautiful and historic location overlooking the splendid and unspoilt Usk valley.
For the Congress, the college is offering bed and breakfast accommodation for 6 nights, arrive Saturday and depart Friday, in single en-suite rooms at a price of £210. Each single bedroom has a desk, wardrobe, drawers, single bed and en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are also provided as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a shared kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and toaster. There are free laundry and ironing facilities provided.
There is also a self service restaurant and bar facilities with pool and sky tv, which will be open throughout the event. Full details of opening times will be announced at the event.
